| How do I know you can assist me in finding a pleasant home for my parents? |

It was my responsibility to move my 90 year old mother every time she needed to move, since she did not own her own home. Subsequently when she was ready to move into a retirement community, I found her the community. After she became ill and could no longer live alone, I spent months, days and many hours visiting and interviewing nursing homes and assisted living facilities. This was a great lesson, which turned into a passion. Through this process, I discovered the need to do a thorough examination and not just visit with a smiling Director. You get my first hand experience, which should put your mind at ease.

| How do I pay you? |

We do our billing in two ways. We can start you out with a debit card account between $200-$500.00 depending on the start up chores and errands, or we will take cash and give you a receipt. This money is for the purchase of products such as food shopping, etc, not the billing hours. We send out monthly statements for the billing hours. With reference to moving and location research moves, we are paid half of the cost up front and the remainder upon completion of the job that day.

if I am a high powered lawyer and want you to do my shopping
at Jewel’s
instead of a very expensive grocery store? |

We
work for you and take our orders from you and shop where
you tell us to shop. We believe in saving our clients money
as though it was our money we are spending. Quality is
what we seek for our clients. If you have no preference,
we shop where there are quality and healthy choices and
stay within your budget.

if I ask you to take my dog or cat to the vet for shots? |
|
We have no problem taking care of your pets as long as you sign an agreement with us before we start this service. We know people’s pets are family members and for that reason we visit your pet in their surroundings with you present before we take on a task.

| Can you help me buy or sell my home? |
|
We are active licensed realtors in Illinois and Florida and we stay knowledgeable in the real estate industry in both states on a daily basis.

| If I know someone who uses you, how is that handled? |
|
We do not discuss our client list. We believe in confidentiality. If you want someone to know you are our client that is up to you to share with them, not us.

| Are all errands an hourly charge? |
|
All errands and tasks are paid on an hourly basis and depending on the distance traveled; there is no additional charge for mileage unless it is out of our scheduled area.
When
the job entails a senior move along with our consulting
services, this fee will be discussed on an individual basis
and depends on the scope of the entire project. Each senior
move is special, because they are special to us. |
